We carry the Liftmaster Operators which are made by Chamberlain Co.. They have a wide variety for almost any application. You can get the 1/2 HP Operator or a 1 HP Commercial grade operator depending on your needs.
We like the Model 3280, it has a 1/2 HP motor, solid rail w/belt drive, deluxe wall switch, one remote and safety sensor system. This unit is very quiet and requires less maintenance than the chain drive model. The deluxe wall switch has a light switch in case you want to just turn on your light and it has a lock switch. The lock switch locks out your remote when it is on. This means your garage door will not operator with the remote control.
The Model 3265 is the chain drive operator we sell. It has all the same features as the Model 3280 except it is run by a chain instead of a belt. This is also a good unit, but if noise is an issue the 3280 is a better unit for you.
