The commercial doors are available ribbed steel, raised panel or full view glass.
Commercial Raised Panel
Raised panel doors feature a woodgrain embossing finish in white. They can be insulated with faced polystyrene, primed hardboard or painted galvanized steel to provide energy efficiency.
Raised panel with polystyrene insulation 2" thick or deep rib outside skin, galvanized and painted, gauge varies by model with or without vinyl backcover 1-5/8" polystyrene insulation with vinyl cover.
Three layer steel with polystyrene foam-in-place core sandwiched between steel skins. Three layer Sandwich Doors provide a higher R-value and get their strengthfrom double pn bonding to an insulation core.
The insulated thermally broken doors are available in 1 1/2", 13/4" and 2" thickness, they provide fuel efficiency and longer service under demanding conditions. These sandwich doors have foamed-in place polystyrene core, tongue and groove joints, tortion spring system and come with 14 gauge hardware.
Ribbed Steel with Windows
Ribbed Steel doors come in 20, 24 and 25 gauge steel, are painted inside and out for a maintenance free finish. The tog-l-loc construction eliminates welds and rivets for a rust proof and leak proof joint.
Gauge= thickness of metal The lower the number the thicker the steel. The 24 gauge is thicker than the 25 gauge.
